Designed for TV and HDTV systems in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and South America, the black Canon LEGRIA HF R506 Full HD Camcorder is a compact, lightweight camcorder that features a 3.28-megapixel Full HD CMOS image sensor and a DIGIC DV 4 Image Processor. It is equipped with a Canon HD video lens with 32x optical zoom, 57x Advanced Zoom, and SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization. For easy recording, playback, and menu navigation, the camera has a 3" LCD touchscreen display. Other features include AVCHD and MP4 recording, Intelligent IS, Video Snapshot, Face Detection AF, and an advanced Baby Mode.

For connectivity to your HDTV or high-resolution monitor, the HF R506 provides a mini-HDMI output.
